Beechcroft Developments Bishop’s Waltham
Designing the roof for the blocks at a new Beechcroft Developments site offering luxury housing for the over 55’s in Abbey Mill Place, Bishops Waltham, Hampshire was an interesting job for Scotts designer Matthew Hackney.
The combination of different levels, split levels and a variety of intricate shapes meant this was far from an ordinary design as you can see in the drawings and images below!
The development offers 19 high specification two, three and four-bedroom houses – each providing generously proportioned living space, a sun room, balcony, private garden and allocated parking. The homes are designed to be energy-efficient and easily maintained.
