Larkins Pavilion

Our Timber Frame division is in pre-production stages for Brentwood Youth AFC’s new pavilion at Larkins Playing Fields (Ongar Road, Pilgrims Hatch), replacing a facility that was destroyed by a fire.

The pavilion combines both home & away changing rooms with showers, referee rooms, kitchen and a 102sqm multi-use function room with a vaulted roof.

The facility will support the club’s near-40 teams and enable the expansion of girls’ and womens’ football. During the week, the building may also be utilized by a nursery as well as by other community and recreational groups.

Brentwood Youth AFC, incorporating Brentwood Girls AFC, is an FA England 2 star Accredited Youth Football Club. Formed in 2016 when two like-minded clubs- Kelvedon Hatch and Brentwood Athletic- merged, it is very much a local Community club and has steadily grown to over 600 boys and girls in 2025
