Owl Homes Current Developments
We’re pleased to be supporting valued long-term customer Owl Homes across two current residential developments.
Loden Townsend, based at our West Midlands branch in Redditch, has been working closely with the Owl Homes team to deliver structural timber solutions tailored to each scheme:
- Willowbank Meadows, Alderton (Gloucestershire)
A collection of 48 energy-efficient homes, including garages, designed to complement their village surroundings. - Waltonbrook, Burton on the Wolds (Leicestershire)
A 66-home development, including garages, featuring a broad range of house types and several bungalow designs.
For both developments, Scotts Timber Engineering designed and supplied:
- Precision-engineered roof trusses
- Gable panels
- Party wall panels
