Sporting and Business Performance
Ethan Johnston, who works in business development for Scotts Timber Engineering, is proud to be a forward in AFC Rushden & Diamonds first team. He joined the club over 2 years ago and has now been retained for his third season for the club.
Ethan’s role at Scotts has developed over the years, and he is now responsible for business development for several of products sold to small, medium and large housebuilders, including porches, car ports and timber frame panels, a recent development for the business.
Scotts recognises that sporting performance very often goes hand in hand with performance in business – it’s important to recognise the achievements of staff who are engaged in sporting activities at such a level.
That’s why we are proud to support Ethan’s season at his club, AFC Rushden & Diamonds, this year – we’ll be watching the team’s progress throughout the year!
The Scotts Head Office is very local to AFC Rushden and Diamond’s ground (we have another in the West Midlands), and we work with a large proportion of the smaller builders in the area already – we hope our engagement with the team’s local community will reinforce those relationships!
