Hatches Farm Timber Frame

Our latest Timber Frame project, Hatches Farm in Little Burstead, Billericay, is under way for a private developer and will soon be moving into production.

The project is a development of 6 new individual dwellings on a brownfield site. Plots 1 & 2 are single storey three bedroomed homes, while plots 3 to 6 are two-storey, offering four and five bedroomed options. Additionally, plots 5 & 6 have a balcony area to the rear on the master bedroom and feature a vaulted ceiling and glazed gable.
