Dugan Homes Southampton
Designer David Kelly, based at our Redditch office and factory, has recently secured an order for a new development by Dugan Homes Ltd.
Dugan Homes are developing a collection of nine new homes, ranging from two, three, and four bedrooms, at Calmore, on the western boundaries of Southampton.
As with all new rural developments, one of our transport team, Wayne Akers, has completed a site visit to assess vehicle access requirements. As a result, deliveries will be made on rigid vehicles with crane off load.
Dugan Homes are based in Portsmouth and focus on small luxury developments and private estates designed to blend seamlessly with their environment.
