Introducing Jane Brown

We’re pleased to welcome Jane Brown to Scotts of Thrapston

Jane joins us as HR Lead, covering all areas of the business. She brings experience from Financial Services HR and business services. At Scotts, she will manage HR responsibilities and also take a close look at how we work, reviewing our procedures and processes to find better ways to support our teams and improve how the business operates. 

Jane is the third new starter to join Scotts this quarter, reflecting our ongoing commitment to strengthening expertise across the business.

Outside of work, Jane is a keen foodie and enjoys trying different cuisines, especially when someone else is doing the cooking ! She loves travelling, with Berlin, parts of Eastern Europe, Edinburgh, and Barcelona among her favourite destinations.
