One at Charterholme, Lincoln for Lindum Homes
We’ve recently delivered two 7-bay car barns for Lincolnshire based Lindum Homes (part of the Lindum Group) for their current development at One Charterholme on the western edge of the city of Lincoln.
This is our first project for the company and Chris Brown, Design Manager there is pleased with how it’s gone: “Just to let you now we are pleased with how the car barns have worked out looking much as we had anticipated now they are completed.”
One Charterholme is a planned community of 3,200 energy efficient homes, with a strong focus on sustainability and inclusivity. Of these, 640 will be affordable homes, making up 20% of the total housing allocation.
