Team Changes

We’re genuinely pleased to announce some changes for two key members of our team as we continue to build momentum within the Timber Frame sector.

Craig Bull’s Production Manager role is expanding from our truss and joist factories as he takes on greater responsibility within the Timber Frame operation. Craig has consistently shown the willingness and capability to do exactly that, and this change reflects the trust we have in him.

Over the last 12 months, Kelsey Worsdell’s Scheduler role has evolved significantly so her formal promotion to her position as Operations & Logistics Manager – Timber Engineering simply catches up with the reality of what Kelsey is already delivering and where we believe the role can go in the future.

Scotts continues to adapt to ensure we stay ahead during the extended market downturn; we continue to run lean and move quickly, building capability from within and backing our people – flexibility which has the fully committed backing of our leadership team.

We remain firm in our belief that the best businesses create opportunities for good people before they need to look elsewhere for them. Both of these changes are examples of that philosophy in action.
