When national affordable housing developer, Wates Living Space, approached Scotts Timber Engineering with a complex, design intensive project, we embraced the challenge.
Volume Housebuilders Case Study
Working with Wates, who were providing more than 60 affordable homes in new apartments for Stafford and Rural Homes, our design team used its knowledge and expertise to coordinate the project from conception to completion.
We supplied roof trusses for each stage of the build, when required by the on-site team, to meet the customer’s target schedules. This complex scheme was conceived to minimise the intricacy of the build and to ensure timely deliveries.
We successfully completed our work on five newly constructed apartment buildings for Wates and the satisfied contractor commented that the team went above and beyond his expectations to achieve a mutual goal.
