How does it work?

Enter by completing the form below before 5pm on Tuesday 25th November, and Scotts will send you a Gingerbread house kit.

You then have three weeks to complete your kit and send us a photo of your entry. Photos must be received by 5pm on Tuesday 16th December.

What’s The Prize?

We figure we all have enough chocolate and alcohol already planned for Christmas, so the prize is simply the kudos of having your work featured as the winner on LinkedIn.

The Rules

• Participants must enter by completing the form below before 5pm on Tuesday 25th November 2025.
• Participants may use only one Gingerbread House kit in their entry.
• Participants may add any embellishments, decorations or landscaping to their entry providing the assembled gingerbread house kit is fully visible.
• Participants may use their entry to shamelessly promote their employer or their charity of the year.
• Humour is encouraged in entry design (ho ho ho).
• Your entry photo must be submitted by 5pm on Tuesday 16th December 2025.
• A maximum of 50 entries are permitted, after which the competition will be closed.
• Winners will be announced on Friday 18th December 2025 on our website and LinkedIn account.
• We will publish all entries on our website and on LinkedIn, including the names of all contributors to the entry. We reserve the right not to publish entries that contain anything crude or offensive (as defined by us).
• The competition will be judged by our Design team.
• The judge’s decision is final.
• Participants must agree to join the Scotts Timber Engineering mailing list (we promise never to mail you more than once a month and to make our mailings interesting. You will have the option to opt out at any point just by clicking the link on the email. We have thick skin, we won’t be upset).
